• The permit to emit greenhouse gases; (decree of the Silesia Voivodship Governor no2632/OS/2017 dated 31.07.2017) from later changes.
• Integrated license for a fuel burning installation at 141 Małobądzka St in Będzin; (decree of the Silesia Voivodship Governor no ŚR.III/6618/PZ/11/05/06 dated 30.06.2006) from later changes.
