The Management Board of Będzin CHP Plant with its seat in Będzin, entered into the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000064511, convenes the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 25 June 2013, at 11:00 in the Company's headquarters in Będzin, ul. Małobądzka 141.
Appointment of Dr Andreas Berger to the Supervisory Board
On 9 May an Extraordinary General Meeting of CHP Będzin S.A. was held, at which the shareholders appointed Mr Andreas Berger to the Supervisory Board for its 8th term of office. At a session of the Supervisory Board immediately after the Meeting, Dr Andreas Berger was appointed secretary of the Board.

Appointment of management staff
The Board of Management of Będzin S.A. CHP Plant announced that at a session on 20.03.2013 the Supervisory Board, bearing in mind §9 while at the same time acting in accordance with § 17 para. 2 pt.4 of the Company Statute and § 26 of the Regulations of the Supervisory Board, had adopted a resolution regarding the appointment of a Chair of the Board of Management of Będzin S.A. CHP Plant for 7th term.
Resigned from the post of Chairman of the Board of Management
The Board of Management of Będzin S.A. CHP Plant announces that on 11 March 2013 the Company received news of Mr. Paweł Orlof resigning from the post of Chairman of the Board of Management of Będzin S.A. CHP Plant.
