The Managing Board of Elektrociepłownia „Będzin” S.A. (Combined Heat and Power Plant “Będzin” Plc) informs that by virtue of resolution number 5 passed on 22st June 2011, the Ordinary Assembly of Shareholders made a decision to pay dividend for the year 2011.
