Company held a license for the production of heat approved by the President od Energy Regulatory Authority No. WCC/201-ZTO-C/1329/W/OKA/2010/MMi of 25 May 2010, in which the total achievable thermal power output was determined in the amount of 414.5 MW with the demand declared by the recipients in the amount of 335.948 MW thermal power.
